Ingredients

- Plain or Whole Wheat Pita Bread rounds
- Clover Organic Greek Vanilla Bean Yogurt
- Clover Organic Cream Cheese Spread
Topping Possibilities (these plus whatever you like!):
- Seasonal fresh and dried fruit of choice: strawberries, blueberries, apples, bananas, grapes, peaches, plums, mango (whatever you like)–raisins, dried cranberries.
- nuts, seeds and/or nut or seed butters
- jam or jelly of choice
- granola
- coconut flakes
- white or milk chocolate chips
For inspiration, here are two yummy pizza versions we experimented with:
Fruitilicious Pizza: Plain Pita topped with Clover Organic Cream Cheese Spread and Clover Organic Greek Vanilla Bean Yogurt, organic strawberry jam, sliced grapes, strawberries and whole blueberries with a sprinkle of granola.
Monkey Pizza: Whole Wheat Pita topped with Clover Organic Cream Cheese Spread, organic strawberry jam, organic peanut butter, sliced bananas and a scattering of chocolate chips!
Directions
- Simple, easy and fun, kids are sure to enjoy creating these delicious No–Bake Fruit Pizzas. Each pizza starts with a base of plain or whole wheat pita bread, smeared with Clover Organic Greek Vanilla Bean Yogurt and/or Clover Organic Cream Cheese Spread, and topped with seasonal fruits, granola, coconut, jam, nut butters…even chocolate chips! Each child can make their own to their individual taste. Let your imagination (and your tastebuds) run free as you decorate and devour each healthy creation! And nothing goes better with your pizza than a cold glass of Clover The Rainbow Whole or Lactose Free Milk!
