Get Super Strength
Milk is packed with high-quality protein that helps us build muscles. Milk and yogurt are fantastic to have after playing a sport because we need to repair our muscles. Milk has special proteins, Branch Chain Amino Acids, which quickly help us get our muscle strength back after we exercise. Smoothies are great to have in your bag for an easy and refreshing recovery drink. And the combination of the milk with the fruits and vegetables will give you an extra kick of nutrients to get you energized again and feeling fantastic! Cow’s milk has the most protein and calcium per serving to rock one’s health and keep us strong.

Build Brain Power
We have to think a lot in school, and our brains need the energy to think and memorize what we learn. Dairy, fruits, and vegetables help improve our memory. Do you remember the colors that contribute to memory? Hint. Hint. Red and Purple. Have one of these smoothies as a snack or with a meal to fuel your brain and keep your think tank full.

Stay Healthy
No one likes being sick. We like to play as much as we can. Remember how we shared that 70% of our immune system is in our gut? Having a robust and healthy gut can also keep us physically strong and healthy. Power up your gut with a Probiotic yogurt smoothie. Probiotics feed the gut good healthy bacteria to keep it functioning normally. Drink up to have a healthy gut and a strong immune system. It’s fun to play more.

Now you know how Superfoods can give you superpowers and super strength. And eating a variety of Whole Foods, including all the different colors of the rainbow, will truly Power Your Brilliance. Cheers to your health and delicious food!
